No, I'm not talking about being stuck up--literarily, a conceit is basically the joining of two or more concepts (in our case, fandoms or characters) that would seem to not sensibly go together. So pick your fandoms or characters, put them together, and either issue a prompt that you think they'd share, issue a prompt that you'd like to see someone *else* make work even though you don't know how, or let the combination be your prompt!Keep in mind:
