Friday: Free For All

At long last, the weekend is here! Which means, of course, that it's time for another Free For All. Any fandom, any characters, any theme are good to go.

But please remember to show some restraint! No more than 5 prompts in a row, and no more than 3 per fandom. If your prompt gets answered, you can prompt again.

Also, please remember that your prompts cannot contain spoilers in them until one week after the subject of the spoiler has aired, and if you response contains spoilers, put a warning in bold and leave three spaces.

Everyone loves happy Code Monkeys (they make the comm go round!) so use our regular formatting. For example:
SPN, Sam/Dean + any Ghostfacers, "And so we meet again!" "... Could you get any dorkier?"

Leverage/RPS, Nate/JDM (+ author's choices), you don't have to do it alone

Nothing you're seeing tickling your fancy? Take a peek at the Lonely Prompts.

And with that? Off you go! Happy prompting, and have fun writing!

Leverage, Hardison/Parker, temptation

Between the GPS tracker and Google Earth and the fact that everywhere in the city had security cameras, Alec could pretty much look at Parker whenever he wanted. Check to make sure she's okay. See what she's up to. Or even just look at her.

It was really tempting just to look at her all day, but Alec tried hard to resist temptation.

Parker was always tempted to wave at security cameras just in case Alec was watching. She finally came up with a better way to figure out if he was, though.

Her Alec drawer. Some people have a drawer full of mix-tapes and photos. She had a drawer full of stuff she stole from Alex. Not stuff he needed, or stuff he would miss. Just stuff that reminded her of him. Just harmless stuff that would magically show up in her room whenever the thief got a little too tempted.

But as the drawer filled up, she started to feel bad about pilfering his unlicensed Babylon 5 T-shirts and his obsolete old videogame cartridges. So she took one of Alec's things with her when she went out. And when she passed by a camera, she would show off the stolen item. Then Alec could get his stuff back. _If_ he admitted that he was watching her.

She was tempted at times to just give up on their little cat and mouse game, to just jump right in, caution be damned. But it's not like trust or honesty came easy to either of them. Or staying in one place, for that matter. So it would be better to keep playing, to keep indulging in thefts and invasions of privacy, until one or both of them grew tired of it and wanted to be left alone. Or until one or the both of them gave in to the urge to stop being alone.

Either, way, the game would be fun while it lasted.
